We are here to give you peace of mind that the advertising companies and the sales teams you deal with provide you with the service you're promised, whilst screening & vetting all your advertising enquiries and using our vast experience to provide you with a monthly media enquiry report, you are then able choose at your own pace any advertising media that may benefit your business.
Once chosen we at Black & White Media Services Ltd will then compile a comprehensive report in relation to the identified advertising media and then negotiate a more affordable cost and better terms on your behalf.
As part of our service we always try to re-negotiate the terms and cost of any advertising due for renewal.
We also provide a comprehensive artwork design service
1.Screen and vet all of your incoming media enquiries
2.Give you Monthly feedback report on all above enquiries
3.Issue a full comprehensive report on all identified advertising media that interests you in Lehmans terms
4.Carry out company checks on all advertising companies who you wish to deal with
5.Carry out contract negotiations on your behalf if necessary
6.Provide 2 hours free artwork design (£45.00 plus VAT per hour thereafter)
7.Take all savings made on negotiated fees are deducted from your annual fee (Any further savings are subject to 25% commission)
8.Carry out random spot checks to make sure your advertising is where it should be, when it should be.
9.Provide you with an easy payment plan of £99.00 plus VAT deposit, and then 10 monthly payments of £40.00 plus VAT
10.Give you 28 day notice easy op out.
Our annual fee for our Advertising Support Service is £499.00 plus VAT
